THE MEDICINE CABINET and your physician work together to provide assistance with over 2,000 commonly prescribed medications. If you do not have a primary physician, we do have a referral list available for residents in the Nevada area. With our program, you will receive a three-month supply of your medication delivered to either your home or your doctor's office.

5 Easy steps to receiving your medication:

Step One: Enrollment – Filling out and signing the Patient Enrollment Sheet and the medication list including the dosage and prescribing doctor. Read and sign all the member documents (Disclaimer, Auth/Temp, Fee Agreement, and Patient Responsibility Agreement)

Step Two: Receiving the applications – You will be receiving an application for each medication that you are currently taking. We ask that you sign in all appropriate areas, filling in any missing information.

Step Three: Getting the applications to your doctor – The applications have to be signed by the prescribing doctor and prescription for the medication must to be included with the application before it is considered complete.

Step Four: Returning Applications to TMC – After your doctor has signed and attached a prescription to each application; you are to make sure the applications are returned to The Medicine Cabinet A.S.A.P.

Step Five: Relax… from this point it takes approx. 3-6 weeks before you will receive your medications that will be delivered to either your home or your doctor’s office.
